Dr. Paul M. Norris, MD, FACOG
PHYSICIAN OWNER AND PRESIDENT
Dr. Paul Norris is an established and highly skilled physician with over 30 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. He is well regarded in the South Florida community, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient centered care.
Dr. Norris is originally from New Carlisle, Ohio where he attended Wright State University earning his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. Dr. Norris earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo and completed his residency training at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Norris served as Medical Director at Jackson North Maternity Center for over four years. He then established a successful OB/GYN practice at the University of Miami Medical Center. Dr. Norris also served as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Miami for over 20 years where he developed and directed numerous courses and received multiple teaching awards:

Dr. Norris has been widely published in peer review journals on many subjects, including female reproductive systems, hormone therapy, HIV, and substance abuse. His work has been recognized by CREOG (Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology) and ACOG (American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists).

After a successful career as professor at the University of Miami, Dr. Norris opened a state of the art Gynecology practice on Miami Beach. He is still active in research and teaching and remains a volunteer faculty at the University. Dr. Norris participates in a number of professional and honorary organizations including:

Dr. Norris is also active in his home community and volunteers his time to city and church initiatives. Dr. Norris loves spending time with his family, he resides in Miami Beach with his wife and their three children.

Maria Norris is an executive with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and is responsible for all operational, regulatory compliance, and financial aspects of our practice. Maria is passionate about patient care and stays on the forefront of the latest innovations in women’s health. Maria designs and implements process improvement, risk management, technology, and marketing initiatives to ensure that our patients receive best in class care.Maria received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and her Master’s degree in Taxation from Florida International University. She specializes in process improvement, risk management, strategic alignment and research. Her experience includes, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security Governance, Business Process Improvement, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance for public and private companies.
