Dr. Paul Norris is an established and highly skilled physician with over 27 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. He is well regarded in the South Florida community, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient centered care.

Dr. Norris is originally from New Carlisle, Ohio where he attended Wright State University earning his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. Dr. Norris earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo and completed his residency training at the University of Miami School of Medicine.

Heydi Menoutis is a dedicated family nurse practitioner specializing in all aspects of women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care. Heydi is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Heydi was a labor and delivery nurse for over four years and an ICU nurse at Memorial Hospital West prior to joining Miami Beach Gynecology.

With a strong focus on providing compassionate and personalized care, Heydi is committed to supporting women through every stage of their health journey. Her extensive experience and expertise in women’s health enable her to deliver comprehensive and evidence-based care to her patients. Heydi’s unwavering dedication to her profession ensures that she stays up to date with the latest advancements in healthcare, allowing her to provide the highest quality of care to those she serves.

Maria Norris is an executive with over fourteen years of experience and is responsible for all operational, regulatory compliance, and financial aspects of our practice. Maria designs and implements risk management, compliance, process improvement, and marketing initiatives to ensure that our patients receive best in class care.

Maria received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami and her master’s degree in Taxation from Florida International University. She specializes in risk management, cybersecurity, business process and strategic alignment, assurance, and attestation. Her experience includes, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security Governance, Business Process Improvement, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliance (SOX, HIPPA, GLBA, FFIEC, PCI), Risk Assessment, Operational Audits, auditing of internal controls and financial statements, for public and private companies.
